The sum of the quality of our thoughts is directly linked to the quality of our life. Hence imperative to our levels of tolerance and happiness.

Our inner thoughts often remain unexplored whereby we are unaware that we can model our thoughts to change our perceptions.
5. HOW YOU THINK IS HOW YOU ACT
Our inner perceptions create and inﬂuence our thoughts and therefore our outer behaviour. Consequently, changing our inner thoughts can change all behaviour.
6. FIND PEACE WITHIN
The evolution of our thoughts cannot be witnessed tangibly. Therefore any impact of change within is subjective, as it directly correlates to the measure of how we feel within.
