“My journey with Garden of Ayden started when I enrolled my kids into Suki’s classes. What they shared from their talks during class was similar to the ideas and coping mechanisms we discussed at home. The thing is, I wasn’t practising what I was preaching... and I was mentally in denial with the thought that I was doing everything for my children. Fast forward to a few months later to when I started the parenting classes. The notion of taking care of oneself in order to be able to cater to everyone else’s needs seemed so alien, yet as time went by, it made so much sense. The classes taught me to become a better me; more aware, more present, more patient. Suki has taught me that the key to changing what is around you starts from within. It has been a beautiful journey of self-discovery, where I look forward to bettering myself every day.”
